By accessing and using Heopti services provided by Pathsora LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Heopti provides educational consulting services including but not limited to:

• College and graduate school application review and feedback
• Resume and professional document optimization
• Strategy consultations for internships, new-grad recruiting, and application positioning

3. Billing Terms

Pricing listed on this site is informational and may be refined after we review your request. Billing is handled separately after scope, timing, and deliverables are confirmed by email.

4. Service Delivery

We strive to deliver all services within the specified timeframe (typically 72 hours for document reviews). Delivery times may vary based on service complexity and current workload. We will notify you of any delays in advance.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

• We fail to deliver services within the agreed timeframe without prior notice
• The delivered service materially differs from the agreed scope

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery. Digital products and completed consultations are generally non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content created by Heopti experts remains the intellectual property of Pathsora LLC. However, you retain full rights to your original documents and any modifications you make based on our feedback.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and documents with strict confidentiality. We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal information or documents to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Heopti provides consulting and feedback services only. We do not guarantee admission to educational institutions or employment opportunities. Our services are advisory in nature, and ultimate decisions rest with the client. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• Transmitting or procuring the sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• Impersonating or attempting to impersonate another person or entity

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
